Objections to the Resurrection

Guest speaker, Andrew Burkhart, argues that Jesus’ bodily resurrection is historically credible and that alternative secular explanations for the empty tomb and early Christian witness are far less plausible. He then explains that Christ’s resurrection guarantees believers’ own future bodily resurrection on a renewed earth, giving present hope in suffering and meaning to the Christian life.
